How much does it cost?
SideOrder is a free service. The price you pay here is exactly what you would pay if you called the restaurant yourself (except we promise not to put you on hold).
Is it safe to use?
Absolutely. In fact, ordering from SideOrder is actually more safe than giving your credit card to a stranger or reading the number over the phone. Your credit card information is encrypted and never stored. Nobody ever sees your credit card info. Not the restaurant, not even us!
How do I know the restaurant got my order?
As soon as you check out, your order is electronically transmitted to the restaurant. We'll send you an email as soon as the restaurant confirms your order, usually within a few minutes. We monitor every order and if the restaurant doesn't respond right away we'll call the restaurant to ensure it's ready when promised. We take your hunger seriously.
Can I cancel or change my order?
ASAP orders are confirmed within a few minutes and generally cannot be changed or canceled. However, if you've scheduled an order for later you can cancel or change your order via live chat, email support@sideorder.com, or by calling us at 949-202-1331.
